At Deco Spot, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns (Only Canada)

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: All returns must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges (All Countries)

Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Process: Once we receive and verify the returned item, your exchange will be processed, and the replacement shipped within 30 days.

International Customers (Outside Canada)

For customers outside Canada, we offer store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
